Terms & Conditions

1. Cash Payments

• You can make your payment in cash directly to our guide on the day of the tour.
• Accepted currencies include Dirhams (AED), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR).
• No additional charges or VAT will be applied to cash payments.

2. Card Payments

• Card payments are accepted using credit or debit cards.
• A 5% VAT will be added to the total amount for all card payments in accordance with UAE tax regulations.
• Please ensure your card is activated for international transactions, if applicable.

Terms and Conditions

1. Tour Date Changes

• If you wish to change your tour date, please notify us as early as possible to allow proper arrangements.

2. Cancellations

• Tour cancellations must be communicated at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Last-minute cancellations will not be accepted, and the company reserves the right to charge the full booking amount.

3. Suitability

• Desert safari tours are not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with serious back or neck problems, or those with certain medical conditions.

4. Timeliness

• Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Delays caused by late arrival may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.

5. Liability

• The company is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen incidents during the tour.

6. Children’s Safety

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their safety during the tour.

7. Dune Bashing

• Dune bashing is an adventurous activity and may not be suitable for young children, elderly individuals, or those with certain health conditions. Participation is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Weather Conditions

• Desert safari activities are subject to weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour for safety reasons.
